0:00You pulled a list of motivated sellers. Nice. You've got the owner's name and where they get their mail. But you can't call a mailbox. Skip tracing gets you their phone number and email, so you can actually reach them.

0:14Here's how. Open your campaign. That's your saved list. Hit Skip-trace to run the whole thing, or check just the leads you want and run those.

0:25Now, the money part. Every lookup costs twenty cents, or one credit. Even if it comes back with no phone number. So we protect you two ways. First, owners we can't trace, with no name or no mailing address, get skipped before you pay a dime. Second, if one owner has five houses and gets mail at the same address, you pay once, not five times. And if the owner is an LLC, we trace the actual person named on the company's state filing, not the company. Your monthly credits get used first, then credits you bought, then your card.

0:59Heads up on probate. If the house is in probate or came through an estate, the owner on record may have passed away. We try the surviving co-owner or the heir first, and we ask you to check a box saying you understand. A trace on someone who passed away still costs a credit.

1:17Your results land in My Leads, usually in seconds on a small list. You get phone numbers and emails. Numbers on the Do-Not-Call list are marked. People known for suing over calls are flagged "do not call." And if your list is twenty-five or more, we scrub it against Do-Not-Call automatically.

1:37Want it in a spreadsheet? Export the CSV. Do-Not-Call numbers are left out by default. Got one worth working? Set a status, and it drops into your pipeline. Pull a list. Trace it. Hit the phones.
